    Our initial session will be dedicated to assessing your current physical, mental, and emotional wellness. We will dive deep to find out what your big motivating factors are, and create a personalized plan to fit your unique needs and goals.

    Goals for Health Coaching can include things like:
    - Dealing with chronic fatigue/optimizing energy
    - Losing weight
    - Desiring to change your food intake/sourcing (ex: vegan, vegetarian, dairy free, etc.)
    - Meeting particular goals (ex: gaining muscle, getting ready for events, etc.)

    Goals for Life Coaching can include things like:
    - Discovering what is most important to you, and what you want for your life
    - How to improve your sleeping habits
    - Mastering taking control of your schedule so you are able to accomplish the things most important to you
    - Navigating life change

  • Targeted

    Everyone has pain points when it comes to closing the gap between who you are now, and who you want to be. I’ll work closely with you to help identify and overcome things that hit your personal wounds, as well as created a personalized plan for our time together.

    We will discuss how to anticipate when sabotage may show up for you, and how to be proactive in guarding against it.

  • Integrative

    Since achieving wellness is more than just exercise and diet, I’ll be guiding you toward other helpful practices such as mindfulness training, healing breathing, and how to deal with self sabotage.

    This can include things like:
    - Healthy approaches to working in more movement in your life
    - Healing breathing/mindfullness
    - Mental rehearsal
    - How to work through the 5 core human fears
    - Career fulfillment
    - Strengthening communication in relationships
